Sacroiliac joint problem
I have positive rhuematic factor Negative anti CCP Negative HLA b27 X ray shows bilateral sacroilitis Pain near sacroiliac joint from last 8months

Oral medications  plus physiotherapy may help u but if severity is more painkillers wont help u much.....plus give u complcations too of long term painkiller intake......go to a good physician/orthopaedician .... For more severe sacroilitis we can give local injection of steroid at pain site....quick relief....with no side effects.....but being an ot procedure ..it is expensive w.r.t oral therapy...
