Ruptured ear drum
I had ear fungal infection, after which there is a hole in ear drum. Till 1 month there is no progress in healing. Drs are saying since ears are dry we t wait for 3 myhs. How many days healing starts

If ear is consistently dry, you could opt for cauterisation of the perforation edges which will trigger growth. Cauterisation could be using a chemical like Silver Nitrate or using a LASER.
Next Steps
You are welcome to come down to Bangalore for the same if nobody gives you that option. It is a simple office procedure.
