Rupture in External hemorrhoid
I had a prolapsed external hemorrhoid two months ago, when it prolapsed, it got really painful, but the pain eventually passed, I have tried to use over the counter medication, it doesn't hurt anymore unless it is strained. But yesterday, I found a tear in it, I saw some blood and puss, but I figured I always see a little dots of blood if it is in pain. My question is, should I worry about the rapture, or is it going to heal? And since it's been two months how much longer should I wait for my hemorrhoid until it finally heals. Thank you

Hemarrhoids should never be neglected as they can not only be painful but bleed repeatedly. But the most important complication is they becoming infected. Visit your doctor who is going to grade your hemarrhoids &I discuss with you the management.
