Runny nose , little fever , with 8 month

My son is 8 month he is suffering with runny nose and fever , I just gave him maxtra drop 1 ml and mefkind forte 1.5 ml .Any suggest will be appreciated . Thanks

If mild,just give steam inhalations 4-5 times a day,and decongestant nasal drops for nasal block. Use paracetamol for fever and repeat every 4 hours if required.
