Running with high BP
I suffer from high BP and am taking regular medication for the same (met xl and CTD 6.25). I am not overweight (5'1'' and 51 kgs). no known heart issue either. Is it ok if I go for a run in the mornings with high BP?

Once your bp is under control with treatment than it's fine to run. It should be moderate and gradual. You should suddenly get up one day and plan to run 10k. Start with about 3K
