Hello sir. My bro has a problem of running nose specially at dawn and dusk. His eyes also become reddish & starts to sneeze rigorously.

Hi..., looks like your brother is suffering from allergic rhinitis.... ...Allergic rhinitis is inflammation of the inside of the nose caused by an allergen, such as pollen, dust, mould or flakes of skin from certain animals..... The best way to prevent allergic rhinitis is to avoid the allergen that causes it...Visit nearby allergy clinic......I hope this helps...
