Morning running nose
I have a running nose every morning and even during the night. It makes it so difficult and uncomfortable to sleep. Is it allergy? What kind of allergy is this? Not only this, I have noticed that even a very little change in the temperature makes me sneeze. This has been happening since more than 2 years now.

Hello,From how long you are having this allergy?? You might be allergic to cold . Most common symptoms include cough, sore throat, and a runny, stuffy nose. More severe colds can cause fevers and body aches. Make sure you ask your doctor before taking any over-the-counter cold medications, drinking a lot of water, juice, and herbal tea (avoid caffeine)using saline nasal sprays, gargling with salt water,using a humidifier are helpful .
