Doc my daughter is 13 months old and suppfering from cold at the moment her nose is running . Kindly advise the mmedicine. We have nasoclear spray which we are using at the moment

She has common cold. Give her good oral decongestants &nasal drops. Get her chest checked by local pediatrician. Regards
