Running nose and sneezing
I start sneezing every morning as soon as I wake up and running nose and red eyes. It’s like that from last 4-5 years. But now it get worse since last week. Do I have some kind of allergies?

It is allergic rhinitis. U can go for tests called as Serum IgE and absolute eosinophil count . In allergic conditions it will be raised. The main treatment for it is to avoid the things which is responsible for ur allergy. Second thing is use Avamys nasal spray. It is a steroid spray which will help control ur symptoms. Use it in both nostrils twice daily 2 puffs each time in one nostril for 3 months. U may feel little irritation ND sore throat. Don't worry abt it. Continue using spray.
