I have ruminating disturbing thoughts about incidents in which I felt angry, anxious and I'm unable to control them. Please suggest me what to do.

Hello, I need more elaboration of the problem. If he thoughts are about one particular incident which caused you a lot of distress, it will get better with time. Talking and ventilating your emotions to someone you trust will help you get over it faster. If they are about minor instances of day to day life, you need to be assessed in detail about the reason behind such thinking. It usually gets better with psychological counselling.
