Rubella vaccination for pregnancy
Hi doc , we are planning for baby. pls find the attached report is it necessary for me to take rubella vaccination before getting pregnant. Or is it fine to take post delivery. Is my rubella values good or bad.

You should not take Rubella or MMR Vaccination when you are planning a pregnancy. Otherwise you will have to wait for many months before you can conceive.

U are non immune fr rubella U definitely need the vaccine prior to conception

Please take 2 doses of rubella vaccine 28 days apart as you are not immune to rubella. Avoid pregnancy for a month after taking 2nd dose. It’s better to take it before getting pregnant rather than taking it after delivery.
