I am 20 weeks pregnant as on 18th June 2020 that is today.
i did rubella igg on 26th April 2020 and it was 27 ig/uL (positive igg) however I did rubella igm test on 2nd June and it is positive too. Igm result is 2.2. I was given MMR vaccine as a child. Also have had no symptoms of fever or rashes. I am confused. Please can some gynecologist help me to understand what should I do now. This is my first pregnancy and I am nervous. I also heard about false igm test result due to cross reaction with other viruses or test components that could cross react through other protein in the body. Have attached both the test reports for reference. Please help me asap

Hi. Rubella Igg is positive showing you were vaccinated . The high level means that you have antibodies in your body which will protect you fm getting infected again .Igm is slightly raised but that can be due to previous vaccination . Since you have no symptoms nothing to worry .
