I took 30 sessions of rtms. It wasn't required but still underwent the full course. Do you think it can cause any damage or harm to the brain or brain cells in any way? Please guide correctly. Does it cause any loss of brain cells or any harm, even a bit? Please give right guidance. Thanks

If you have not had any serious side effects like seizures in the past it is unlikely that you will have brain damage. Mild side effects like headache are self limiting after rTMS.Moreover, the treating clinician must have discussed the need with you.
No…. It is absolutely safe. The most it can do is cause a bit of headache and mild scalp discomfort. That is all that has been recorded in the literature.
