Injured my left rotator cuff years ago while lifting weights. The pain only arises when I put a lot of strain on it while lifting weights repeatedly.
Who do I see to get it treated. A physical therapist or a shoulder specialist? Or will the shoulder specialist just send me to a physical therapist?
Thanks

Hello Physiotherapy sessions will relieve the pain. It's better to consult a Physiotherapist she can evaluate the injury and its impact on the movement.
