Rotating neck to left pain in upper back
When I rotate my neck towards left, it is not going fully to end then my upper back pains but at right I have full range of motion, I don't have neck pain in left only upper back pain.. Any help

Hello Since when are you having these complaints? Any prior treatment taken? Take some muscle relaxants, IFT and rest.
