Pain after RCT is common. But if the pain persists for a longer duration, kindly consult your dentist as there can be reinfection due to some reasons which your dentist will analyse and correct your condition

Hi..RCT can cause postop pain sometimes. But it should have been OK in 20 days. You must visit back your dentist. Regarding second part of your question. NO an RCT can not cause cancer. No distant association between the two..
After any root canal completion there can be mild discomfort.
Go back to your dentist and discuss with him about your problems. No need for specialist at this stage.
Take care
