My baby is 1 year 7 months old, he has pain in front of 2 teeth and the doctor has told to do root canal, can I get this done?

Hii. This front milk tooth has to be saved till the age of 6 years. If he is having pain that means RCT needs to be done to save that teeth. RCT by pedodontist is completely safe. Get it done asap.
