Hey I'm a student currently preparing for neet and I'm doing online classes with laptop and phone the is that I do study of 12-13 hours regular
With screen it goes around 7-8 hours
I'm having headaches in evening and then eyes pain
I wear specs right eye -1 .
Pls tell me I use room heater and then also it drains energy so much as my area is UP and it's so cold here
Please tell how to cure this
I want to stay more productive without draining myself
