Rite Hite is to be taken by the patient before food. You have mentioned your age as 21 years. If the medicine is for you it won't be of kuch help at this age.

Hello!!!! Height is something that has a lot of factors associated with it. Before you start any tablets, I would like to explain to you how height increase occurs. So the contributors to height are multi-factoral: Normally, the physiology of height increase is as follows. A. Genetics 1. Newborn to 2 years Intrauterine environment 2. Catch up growth (6 to 18 months) 3. By age 2 years, children reach their genetically programmed growth percentile (based on mid-parental height) 5. Age 2 years old to Puberty Growth Hormone mediated growth 6. Adolescents (peri- and post-Puberty) Sex hormones B. Other factors 1. Nutrition, Intake, and Absorption Requirements for Growth 2. Adequate Total Calorie Intake 3. Amount and Quality of Protein (Essential Amino Acids) 4. Adequate bile salts for fat absorption 5. Minerals (growth regulation) Calcium Zinc Copper 6. Adequate Gastrointestinal function Adequate gastrointestinal mucosal surface Adequate gastrointestinal motility Adequate digestive enzymes Stomach and duodenum Pancreas enzymes C. Hormonal factors: 1. Pituitary Growth Hormone (GH): Regulated by Hypothalamus 2. Thyroid Hormone: Critical for Growth Hormone secretion 3. Growth Hormone action: Growth Hormone released from pituitary Growth Hormone reaches liver and other tissues IGF-I synthesized 4. Insulin-like Growth Factor or Somatomedin C: IGF-I stimulates cartilage proliferation Affects Growth Plate long bones Requires adequate Caloric Intake and Insulin 5. Vitamin D (ingested or produced): Metabolized in liver and Kidney to active form 6. Sex Hormones: Initially stimulate growth Later halt growth Fuses epiphysis to diaphysis of long bones Having given you all this information, I would urge you to reconsider taking any medication for height increase now, as your age (21 yrs) is going to prevent you from gaining perceptible height. Also, since you do not know which of these above-mentioned factors are defecient in your body, no height increase drugs can potentially help you directly. Rite Hite tabs are indicated for children upto or below 13 yrs of age, and for hormonal imbalance which you don't know that you have. On the other, playing sports that can cause an elongation of your tendons can probably be useful to you to gain a few centimeters. Hope this answer was helpful and I am happy to have been of service to you. Regards, Dr. Kaavya @ Major Iengar Clinic

You can take the tablets empty stomach for good results.  Or can maintain a gap of meal half an hour on either side of taking the medicine. You should avoid any highly seasoned/flavoured food at least 1 hour before or after taking the medicine.
Next Steps
Consult online for any other query.
