Ringworm skin rash
I have got a skin rash which is round red coloured and very itchy.it is appread on inner thigh first and spreading on both thighs.

From your explanation what I feel you mostly suffering from T.C .But if you feel it's not curing then have to see affected area for further steps to go head ,Sometime repeat scraping or culture may be indicated if initial treatment of tinea cruris is unsuccessful. Thank you MilagroMed (Pune )
