Please immediately Stop the cream . It has steroid in it. That will worsen your infection.

U r using a completely wrong cream containing a steroid. It will only aggravate the lesions u have and worsen it over a period of time. Consult a Dermatologist fort he same for a proper course of medication to remove the fungal infection. Stop the cream application immediately.
