Ring worm on neck and fungal infection
From past 2 years I am facing fungal infection around my penny area I consulted few doctors and took treatment too but it will cured till the medication but it will be again coming back after the treatment get over.. Now I feel like it's spreading over my body recently I got ringworm on my neck and I feeling etching on my face too.. I am worried

As I can see from your explanation whenever you take medicine ,you are getting better .But if you feel it's not curing then have to see affected area for further steps to go head ,Sometime repeat scraping or culture may be indicated if initial treatment of tinea cruris is unsuccessful.
