Rightleg knee pain
I have been having knee pain from last 3 week around knee cap feel more when i do walk and bend/streach ie more on right leg , have given icepack treatment,and applied spray , but those r not helping to reduce pain,
My background : i have been walking/jogging from last 1.5 years up to 5 to 8 km every day and doing yoga from last 3 month every day
