  4. Right upper back pain. It's paining.

Right upper back pain
I am six month pregnant last three day before suddenly I got right upper back pain...now it's paining at particular movement not every time.when I am lying then it's ok but when I sit or move my hand forward or upward then it's paining...pls suggest me what type of pain can it be and how to cure it

It might be due to certain awkward postie in sleeping or sitting Right now try ice pack for 30 secs followed by hot pack and end again 30 secs of ice pack Later I can give you some exercises to stretch out and warm up certain muscle groups
