Hello... Pain back pain is normal after exercise. Don't lift heavy weights in gymnasium.. If you are beginner pain will be there for few days and gradually subside.. You shouldn't give unbearable stress to your joints and muscles.. Consult orthopedic surgeon if pain is severe persistent.
