Right sided Pleural Effusion
56y/male(ex-smoker) Had pneumonia & pleural effusion 5 months back,recovered from pneumonia fully.Mild hemoptysis for 3 days at that time. CXR (PA & Lat) 4 times,consolidation decreased gradually with subsequent CXR. USG-mild thickened multiloculated effusion. HRCT-1.4*1.8 cm mediastinal node,small amount of effusion,biapical pleural thickening,one small calcified lung nodule.Consulted 2 doc,both said pneumonia,not TB/Ca.Last CXR clear 2 months ago except mild blunting of rightcostophrenic angle

Your problem is a sequale of pneumonia.you should keep your all documents f0r future reference
