Hi sir/Madam Am suffering from right shoulder and right hand pain I don't know why, I don't have any injuries or accident al issues. But am suffering from overweight. Please suggest me any medication.

There may be many reasons for your pain starting from neck to shoulder. It will depend upon other findings like restricted shoulder movement, neck pain, any neurological deficits.

Tablet Zerodol TH 4mg twice a day after food  for 5 days Tablet Rabikind 20 before breakfast for 5 days. If symptoms persist we need to check your neck and shoulder movements and if needed X rays
