Hello doctors, Since 2 weeks I have pain in right side while breathing it increases it continues 24/7 specially under breast area same place back pain Did ECG It's clear , lungs are clear Taking omez 20 and other multivitamin tablets prescribed by endocrinologist Please advise shall I consult physiotherapist or which medicine will relax my pain

You can take pain killers and continue physiotherapy If doesn’t settle in one week needs further investigations
