I have pain on the right side before 2 weeks ,and i have done scanning the report is minimal right hydronephrosis,mild probe tenderness in RIF_Suggest clinical and biochemical correlation,left ovary shows a small cyst size 17mm_possibly functional

Hi Right side pain in abdomen may be seen in diseases involving the kidney. Mild hydronephrosis suggests a kidney pathology. Treatment includes plenty of fluid intake with pain relieving medications. Simple ovarian cyst may require a surgical intervention. Please visit a Urologist for Right renal hydronephrosis and Gynecologist for Ovarian cyst further evaluation and ,management.
