See u have mentioned insufficient information. But stil would like to ans to whatever info is provided by you. Right side of pain could be because of maxillary sinusitis or it could be due to facial nerve nerve injury depends upon exact area of pain. U have not mentioned anything about fever or history of cough cold so that we can co relate.
