Right side of upper chest pain when pressing and bending for some house work, and also while eating very difficult to swallow the food, feeling tired.

Hello well we need to evaluate you for your right side chest pain as it may be related to any muscular pain spasm or sometimes even gastritis related to gallstones... I suggest you to get an USB abdomen done so that we could rule out few things try to have food on time and also drink lots of water

Hello there...i understand your concern...try eating several small meals instead of three large ones whenever you can...Avoid foods that irritate your stomach, especially those that are spicy, acidic, fried or fatty... avoid coffee,tea etc... Avoid stress,consider calming activities, such as meditation, yoga etc...sleep with head raised position and have dinner at least 2 hours before sleep..do regular exercises...take pantaprazole 40 mg twice daily before food with above....consult physician if symptoms persists
