Since last few months I gained 20 kgs.
But I had some accident while playing a game as well before 2 years, immedietly I didn't have any effect.i am not sure if it's related.
Below are my symptoms.
1.right body tightness and feels thicker from cheek to leg.
2.left lower back pain after walking for 10 mins and can't bend immedietly.
3.when I lie down and get up I feel clocking sounds in my back.
