Right side back pain
Hi my mom is having pain in right side of the back from 5 days pain starts from back ends in front of the stomach pain Is more is night she can't sleep straight she have gastric also please tel me the reason for it

Hi, this pain could be due to gastritis , try eating small meals instead of three large ones whenever you can.
Avoid foods that irritate your stomach, especially those that are spicy, acidic, fried or fatty.
Stress may make your gastritis symptoms worse. Stress may be hard to avoid, but you can learn to cope with it. If you have trouble relaxing, consider calming activities, such as meditation, yoga
