Right side back hip pain
Suddenly I have this right side back pain above hips. When I inhale, it pains little. I don't know how it happened. I don't hav any bad habits. My posture is also good while sitting n sleeping. What can it be? How to get rid of it? Please help!

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  You can apply a diclogel and massage gently over the back. Tab. Zerodol-th twice a day after food. Tab.  Neurobion forte once a day after food for a month. Tab.  Shelcal HD once a day after food for a month.  Tab.
