Right Side Abdomen & R Testicular Pain.

I have been suffering from last one month due to pain in my right side lower abdomen and testicular pain also on the side. I have consulted multiple doctors starting with Urologist at Paras Hospital Gurgaon who gave me antibiotics then told me its a muscular pain. Then I consulted Gastereonlogist at Paras Hospital who doubted appendix but nothing came on report. Again consulted a different Urologist who has put me on Gabapin 300 and said may be its a nerve muscular disorder. I am tired after 2 ultrasounds, 1 plain and 1 contrast CT Scan, 1 Urine and 1 blood sample and latest of a MRI scan and still nothing to pinpoint the cause of pain. I also experience a difference in my sperm ejaculation experience through my penis. Though there is no change in color of semen. Please help me get the correct diagnosis. I am attaching my reports for your response.
