Right shoulder pain post some activity
4 months back I fell while flat running hurting my right shoulder. The pain and swelling reduced after a week. Now when I do some heavy activity or workout such as pushup the back side of right shoulder starts hurting. Sleeping on that side also hurts little. The pain is not there in normal activities after a days rest but occurs again when try to do some heavy activity after some days rest. I attaching MRI report, kindly guide what to do.

Take rest. Hold on exercises putting stress on shoulders for 2-3 weeks and then gradually start. Take analgesics for few days
