  4. Back pain since 4 months. In last week.

Back pain since 4 months
Back pain Since 4 months , I travel daily 40 km on bike, Job in call centre, Work in shifts, never get time for excercise, 103 Kg wait due to sitting job, Have been smoking 2 cigarettes a day, Drink occasionally. Have had fever and hectic travel in last week.

Its seems like lumbar Spondylosis so u should do x-ray n consult orthopaedician
