Right Sholder joint pain
I play cricket occasionally. While bowling I do not feel any pain but if I long or quick throws I always feel pain inside my sholder better to say in joint.

Dear friend. You are giving classical history of Superior labral tear. If it is so, then physiotherapy exercises usually do not help. I suggest activity modification for my patients and avoid painful activities. If you want full functionality, then operative treatment is advisable. There may be some injury inside the joint due to throwing activity. It may just a muscle pull to labral tear as well. so get urself examined by a good n professional physiotherapist
