Suddenly from past two days I am having pain in the right retromolar region while eating, swallowing or moving jaw. I can't open my mouth much because it starts paining. I can't see any visible symptoms inside mouth..just slightly red. There is also burning when I eat spicy food. When I touch the area I can feel a slight swelling or lump which is paining when pressed.
My upper right wisdom tooth is impacted which pushes against the cheek and back, but not sure if that is the culprit. The pain and jaw stiffness is worse in morning. Feels like there is a cut or canker sore hidden there but I can't see any.
I've taken 2 zerodols which is helping a little with pain but not curing the problem. I can't visit a dentist for another two weeks as I'm traveling in a place with no good medical facilities. Any advice for the time would be very helpful.

You can take zerodol sp whenever you have pain. You can do warm saline rinses also 2-3 times in a day. By the time you are back get an opg x ray also done and then visit the dentist

Hello
Please consult the dentist online atleast if you cannot visit the dentist in person. There are lot of factors to be discussed and also have to see the area physically for diagnosis and treatment.
According to whatever you say it might be pericoronitis or some oral lesion but couldn’t confirm until and unless we see it
