Right ovarian hemorrhagic cyst.
Hello, I've been diagnosed with >20 epithelil cells, so dr suggested a sonography because I've a history of stone. In sonography, the result says Bilateral renal gravels / calculi. Right ovarian hemorrhagic cyst. May I know if there is something to worry about? Few (2-3) gravels / calculi are noted in the right kidney, largest measuring 2.7mm in middle calyx of right kidney and 3.4mm in middle calyx of left kidney.

The hemorrhagic cyst measurements are not mentioned. If it's a small one, there is nothing to do and consult a urologist regarding the calculi. If it is more than 4 cm, take Cifran CT twice daily after food for 5 days.
