Right Nasal fracture
Met small accident last week and had right nasal fracture.due to this offenly blood is bleeding from the nose.swelling in face is also there.

Nasal bone fracture if not causing cosmetic deformity of nose and nose block do not need any specific treatment. It is normal to have minimal nose bleeding and facial swelling because of injury. Treatment is just symptomatic
