Right lower premolar pain!
Pain only on tooth but not in gums, pain generates only when I chew something hard from there. Nothing unusual visible on tooth either. Please advice Doctors! Thanks in advance.

Your problem seems mostly periodontal pathology. Stop using the side which pains as it may tend to aggravate the issue. Use soft foods.
