Right leg pains.
My right leg pains every after 2-3 weeks ( approx) I'm preparing for upsc so I have to sit on chair for long hours atleast 8-10 hours daily ... My right leg pains.. I take medicine the pain goes away but after 2-3 weeks it again comes back.. Please help me what should I do? Or suggest me some exercises.. ( I don't do any type of exercise or yoga)

Use cushion while sitting. Make an effort to get up every 30-45 mins for a couple of minutes. Learn some corrections about sitting n standing posture.

1st needs to proper diagnosis to know, why your pain is back 2-3 weaks again & again after medicine?

You can do knee isometric exercises & back 10times repeats in one setting & doing 3times in a day, when you sitting continue then you do knee flexion and extension, when you setting then keep the pillow put on your back....

It needs a proper diagnosis to know the source of your pain. Like does it start from the back, or knee.... It's hard to understand with this information.
