Right leg near knee one ligament complete tier and another one ligament first grade strain, please suggest me to find out solution for this.

Hello..
Well for the complete tear you will have to undergo repair.. arthroscopic repair is done now a days...and then for the grade 1 tear.. just rest..ice packs.. physiotherapy and exercises will help....it's better you consult an orthopaedician with the report...here you have not specified about which ligament....thank you
