I have been having so much pain at knee while folding and unfolding my leg. Don't know what I did, I am facing this since past few days.

Are you stressing your knee too much all through the day? What' s your work profile..... Is it long hours of standing? Or do you need to climb stairs often?? pl help us in understanding the cause of knee pain so that we can guide you about the cure and management..
