Right leg foot got swollen and getting pain while walking. Pain is originated under second toe finger and feeling nerve/muscle swelling by evening. Also getting back pain after sitting or standing for long time. Feeling very tired. Missed period on 17th March (not sure if related to the problem).
Not sure if prob is related to nerves or muscles or bone.

Standing calf stretch
Stand away from a wall and.put your fight foot behind you and be sure your toes are facing forward. Lean forward at the ankle while bending the right knee and keeping your heel on the ground. Hold this for 30 to 60 seconds. Repeat 10 times a twice a day.
