Hello Sir,
You have done surgery for my mother's right index finger at Nobel hospital on 25Nov2017. Patient Name- Mrs Ranjana B Patil
Please find below diagnosis-
#RT index finger bony mallet compound with crush injury.Debridement of wound over RT index finger +K wire fixatation for distal phalynx.
Now she is having pain in that index finger and today noticed pus.we are at our home town so couldnt meet you at ur clinic.please suggest corrective action.

Get regular dressing done , because pus indicates infection .
Pus can be originating from the wound site or around the k-wire .
This will be clarified on dressing.
