Right hand & shoulder pain
I am 34 yrs old Women & I am having pain in right hand from shoulder to fingers, sometimes I am getting neck pain too, I am working. Can you please let me know which doctor I can see for this issue. Many Thanks,

Hot Fomentation. Gentle Shoulder Stretching. Core Strengthening Exercises. Gentle Neck Exercises. Avoid sleeping on affected side.. Warm up and cool down is a must.
