  4. Right hand pain. It's paining!

Right hand wrist pain.. I tried to push cot from then my hand is paining i can't twist or rotate my hand it looks normal no swelling or green but internally it's paining

Hi. It may just be sprain of few tissues. Give rest , apply ice n some local gel or spray.
