Hlo gm sir i was an sports man one day in my pu while practicing for kabaddi i have touch dat mid line na in full excitement and angryness i hit dat line full of force suddenly something happnd to my right hand shoulder joint pain ... It is happnd 1 year back only And after 2 3 days pain relived but the hand cant throw a stone for afraway distance as i uses to throw at frst One day again i applied a force to throw something it twisted again it came to original condition but with so much pai
